Join us for a special two part, yarn-tastic workshop with Sara Ingle of Boston Fiber! Using vegetables, flowers, and materials you keep in your kitchen, students will work to naturally dye wool yarn. Participants, ages 4–10, will take home their yarn to dry along with instructions for future yarn-dying projects, like weaving, making pompoms or knit wearables! Following our Yarn Workshop Part 1, participants will join our Yarn Workshop Part 2 and create a final woven art piece!

Our Minni Woodworkers class offers all the tools and techniques to construct, cut and create original structures and sculptures. Kid-approved tools and materials will be used to explore a range of projects while real skills will be tested as students learn to set screws, measure, saw and hammer. Classes at Minni are designed with current health and safety protocols in mind, utilizing our outdoor patio space (weather permitting) and limiting each session to eight students. Ages 1.5–3 will be limited to six students and six caregivers.
