Over the past year, Minni has been through a lot of change. We consolidated, refocused, and worked hard behind the scenes to build a stronger foundation for the future. It was a bit of a roller coaster at times, but we ended the year in a much healthier place. Now, we’re feeling more committed than ever to what Minni was created to do: make creative education accessible to as many children as possible.

One of the things I’m most excited to share this season is the launch of our Tuition Assistance Program.

The stars (or maybe planets!) must have aligned, because thanks to a wonderful member of our Minni community, we recently discovered a beautiful space just down the street. Last week, we signed the lease for our next Beacon Hill studio—fast-tracking our move to early September. (OMG, I can’t believe it either.) This makes your support more important than ever.

Minni South End Moving Sale! 🚚

In case you missed it, Minni has had to make the difficult decision to consolidate operations into a single location starting in September. Minni will not be renewing our South End lease at the end of the month.

With that in mind, we’re starting to prepare for our big move—consolidating to a single location in Beacon Hill—which means just about everything in our South End studio has to go.

Get ready for an art adventure using Sharpies to create colorful tie-dye! In this fun at-home activity, little artist(s) will use vibrant Sharpie markers and rubbing alcohol to create patterns of all kinds and watch as they create custom tie-dye pieces. As you experiment, explore how colors mix and play together, while thinking about color palettes and composition.

Minni x Duckling Day

Minni is excited to share that we will once again be participating in Duckling Day!

Hosted by The Friends of the Public Garden, in association with the City of Boston Parks and Recreation Department, Duckling Day is a beloved tradition of more than 30 years, celebrating the classic children's book, "Make Way for Ducklings" by Robert McCloskey. Every year, hundreds of children parade through Boston’s most picturesque parks, dressed like characters from the story led by the Harvard Marching Band.

DIY Recycled 3D Spring Collage 🌷

Spring is in the air and the flowers will be blooming outside soon! In the meantime, bring spring inside with this fun at-home craft that can be adapted for young or more advanced artists.

Minni x NuVu Summer Program in Cambridge!

We are thrilled to partner with NuVu to run six weeks of our summer program for little artists ages 4–10 in Cambridge from July 7 – August 15, 2025. We’ll be offering our tried and true summer sessions like Toy Factory and Waste-Free Wonders, in a new neighborhood with NuVu as our host.
