Recent Collaborations
Dr. Becky from Good Inside x Minni Art Book Club
Good Inside
Dr. Becky Kennedy, also known as Dr. Becky, is a clinical psychologist, mom of three, and the visionary founder and CEO of Good Inside, a breakthrough parenting company and next-generation movement. Through her #1 New York Times bestselling book, TED Talk, and chart-topping podcast, Dr. Becky has built a global community of millions of parents who turn to her for practical, sturdy, and compassionate advice.
Minni x Dr. Becky are collaborating to offer a special edition of Minni Art Book Club in honor of her newest book That’s My Truck! where a favorite truck, a frustrated sibling, and a big reaction collide in this heartfelt story about how tough moments can become opportunities for connection and growth. Following the book reading, a Minni instructor leads students through an appropriately themed art project. There will be time at the end of class for students and caregivers to meet, greet, read and create with Dr. Becky.
The Art Book Club
Beacon Hill Books & Cafe
In collaboration with Beacon Hill Books & Cafe, we are excited to introduce the Art Book Club, a creative spin on storytime designed for the littlest learners, listeners and clever crafters ages 1.5–5 to attend with their caregivers. Each club gathering focuses on uniquely themed book readings paired with process oriented art activities led by a supportive Minni instructor.
Books and art activities rotate based on a different unique theme each week to expand vocabulary, encourage empathy and ignite growing imaginations. To learn more about Art Book Club and our upcoming schedule on our Art Book Club web page.
Duckling Day!
Friends of the Public Garden
Minni was fortunate enough to partner with The Friends of the Public Garden and host a creative booth at Duckling Day!
Hosted by The Friends of the Public Garden, in association with the City of Boston Parks and Recreation Department, Duckling Day is a beloved tradition of more than 30 years, celebrating the classic children's book, "Make Way for Ducklings" by Robert McCloskey. Every year, hundreds of children parade through Boston’s most picturesque parks, dressed like characters from the story led by the Harvard Marching Band.
Minni offered a fun and interactive booth experience where guests of any age created their own unique ducklings using markers, stickers, and shapes, to bring along with them throughout the day.
Open House Collaboration
Urbanity
Minni opened up its studio for a collaborative Open House with Urbanity! Minni offers Open Houses designed for the entire family to enjoy creative play and messy materials in our spacious studio. Urbanity, a dance studio in the South End, added to this experience by hosting a dance session at the top of the hour, along with staff members in attendance to answer any questions you may have about Urbanity.
Urbanity Dance is immersed in the community, providing dance curriculum to communities and people who may not have it otherwise. Located in three locations in the South End, Urbanity is fun, engaging, and full of movement of all types!

The Minni x The OffBits collaboration aims to expose our students to engineering and mechanics in workshops throughout the year. Recently, we guided students through the process of designing and constructing with materials provided by our friends, The OffBits, where students will experiment with incorporating a range of recycled materials, including wood, cardboard, rope + more to create upcycled cars!
Mosaic Tile Workshop
Artaic
Established in 2007, Artaic was created to make the beauty and artistry of the mosaic medium more accessible. By creating sophisticated design software and innovative robotic mosaic assembly systems, Artaic brings the ancient art of mosaic into the modern age.
Minni x Artaic collaboration exposed Tween artists ages 8 to 12 to the art of tile upcycling in a fun mosaic frame workshop! Using post-industrial / pre-consumer remnant material, a Minni instructor guided students through the process of decorating picture frames or mirrors. Students worked with porcelain and glass mosaic tiles to create something special for themselves, or to gift to someone else!
