SHIPPING FAQ

WHERE DOES MINNI SHIP FROM?

All orders are shipped from our studio in Boston, Massachusetts. As a small business, we take pride in packing and shipping each order right in our art studio. 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

All USA orders are shipped via UPS or USPS. Most orders are processed and shipped in 1 to 3 business days. Transit time will depend on your distance from Boston, Massachusetts. 

We offer a flat rate shipping of $5 for standard shipments under $50 anywhere in the contiguous USA.


STUDIO PICK-UP

Online customers in or close to Boston have the option to pick-up their orders from our South End studio. Please select the pick-up option at check out. We will email you to coordinate a time for pick-up when your order is ready. 


MY PACKAGE IS LOST, STOLEN OR DAMAGED – CAN YOU SEND ME A REPLACEMENT? 

Minni is not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages damaged in transit. 


I WANT TO CHANGE MY ORDER THAT I PLACED

Unfortunately, we cannot modify the order once it is placed, however, we can cancel your order prior to fulfillment. If you would like to change your order, please contact us with your order number at hello@minni.space.  


I ENTERED THE WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS! 

Please contact us as soon as possible at hello@minni.space. Please keep in mind that if you have already received your shipping confirmation and your order has been shipped, it may not be possible for us to intercept the package. If your order has already been shipped, you will be responsible for any carrier fees for change of address.


RETURNS + EXCHANGES

RETURNS

If you decide that an item or items you ordered is not to your liking, you may request a free return. Items are eligible for return within 14 days of when the customer receives their order. 

Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving in their original condition with the original packaging intact and all tags attached.

Creative Kits may be returned if all original items and materials included in the kit are unused with original packaging intact and all tags attached.

To request a return, please email hello@minni.space. You will be contacted by Minni staff in 1–2 business days to coordinate your return. 


RETURN PROCESS

We aim to process returns as quickly as possible. Once we have received your package, your return will be processed within 3 business days. We do not process returns on the weekends or holidays. 

After Minni staff have looked at your returned items, you will receive an email confirming the refund to the original method of payment. It can take up to 10 business days for a refund to post to your account. 


EXCHANGES

If you decide that an item or items you ordered is not to your liking, you may request an exchange. Items are eligible for exchange within 14 days of when the customer receives their order. 

To request an exchange, please email hello@minni.space. You will be contacted by Minni staff in 1–2 business days to coordinate your exchange. 

Upon receiving returned item(s), we will exchange the item(s) or issue a store credit for the value of the product. Any new shipping costs for the exchange will be deducted from total credit or charged to the original method of payment.


CREATIVE KIT SUBSCRIPTIONS

By purchasing a Creative Kit Subscription, your checkout details will be saved and you will be charged automatically when your subscription renews. By purchasing a Creative Kit Subscription, you authorize and agree to Minni automatically billing your credit card submitted as part of the order for such amounts that are due. All payments for Subscription Kits are non-refundable. Gift cards can not be used to purchase a subscription. To purchase multiple same age Creative Kit Subscriptions, please place separate orders.

You may cancel a subscription any time after the second kit ships. Please request to cancel your subscription at least two days before your next billing date if you do not wish to receive that month’s kit. To request to cancel your subscription, please contact us at hello@minni.space
