Read MoreMeet Nell Valle, a Chinese-American illustrator based in Boston. Nell specializes in the big and small: public art and comics. She is known for her cute characters, bright colors, and bold, fun lines. Nell graduated from Massachusetts College of Art and Design with a BFA in illustration and a minor in creative writing. She also has experience in art gallery installation and art instruction.

Alex was 18th Recipient of the Lead Artist position at the Museum of Fine Arts, Boston's Community Art's Initiative for 2022-23. Alex's latest project, titled: "From Farm to Craft Table", invited children from twelve Boston-area community organizations to learn about the wonders of wool. You can visit her exhibit through October 22, 2023, in the Linde Family Wing!

His most recent picture book is "Whale Fall" featuring Melissa Stewart's lyrical scientific description of ocean life after the death of a whale. Other books include: "In the Woods" with poems about New England animals by David Elliott and "Owl Sees Owl" featuring a reverso poem by Laura Godwin about a baby owl's first nighttime flight. Rob makes art every day and loves to share it with children and their caregivers.
