Using vegetables, flowers, and materials you keep in your kitchen, students will work with Sara Ingle of Boston Fiber to naturally dye wool yarn. Participants, ages 4–10, will take home their yarn to dry along with instructions for future yarn dying projects, like weaving, making pompoms or knit wearables!
This is Part 1 of a 2 part workshop. Part 2 of this workshop runs on 1/29/23 - This is a continuation of the first part where students will take their dyed yarn and turn it into art!
