DIY Father’s Day Cards!

What’s better than creating a card for or with Dad this Father’s Day?! Make something full of color for the fun-loving and crafty father figure in your life! Most of these materials can be found in your recycling. This project is best for ages 4+, but can be adapted for little ones too.

Make Dad’s day and make a special card you can’t find anywhere else!

Materials 

  • Blank white card

  • Colorful scrap or construction paper (in variety of colors)

  • Markers (for added dimension, but not required)

  • Glue Stick

  • Scissors

Let’s get started! 

Steps 

1. Begin with a blank white card

2. Cut small colorful hearts and fold in half

 

3. Cut small strips of green paper for stems

4. Cut leaf shapes from green paper

 

5. Glue down green stems and add leaves

 

6. Glue half of heart shape at the top of the stem. Repeat until a bouquet is formed
