Cardboard Sculpture (Ages 4+)

With an increase in online shopping, you are likely to be stocked with a little too much cardboard in the coming weeks. Make some cardboard shapes and get your little one working on a design challenge! 

Materials

+ cardboard shapes (a grown-up may need to pre-cut)

+ scissors

+ colorful masking tape and/or washi tape

+ stickers (optional)

+ crayons or oil pastels


Steps

1. Cut a few shapes from a piece of cardboard.

2. Decorate the shapes with tape, stickers and oil pastels.

3. Using scissors, make slits or small notches in each shape. Work together to fit each shape together to create a sculpture!
