Minni Accessories Adventure Highlights

This week was an accessories adventure!

We can’t believe that we are already halfway through the Minni Summer Program! This week little artists updated their wardrobes with magical pieces designed with pure imagination and lots of bright color. Instructor Caroline emphasized process and progression through each project, and it really shows — students made dreamy butterfly wings and masks complete with feathers, pom poms and all the works. We are so impressed with how complete and developed each final project is!

Some of our favorite moments include:

+ designing outfits and accessories for peg dolls inspired by Alexander Girard’s wooden dolls

+ exploring different types of beads from around the world at Bead + Fiber before creating personalized silver charms complete with each artist’s initials

+ reading Ella Sarah Gets Dressed by Margaret Chodos-Irvine with Instructor Caroline

+ learning how to block print cotton scarves!

We are thrilled that our studio is filling up each week with curious creatives and the brightest masterpieces we have seen. Check out some more highlights below!
