Party Terms + Conditions

 

Payment

Client agrees to pay a fifty percent (50%) non-refundable deposit for space rental in US dollars. Client’s event date will not be reserved until this payment is received and cleared.

Remaining fifty percent (50%) balance will be charged two days prior to event.

Pricing adjustments with final guest count, product add-ons (ex. party packs), or any fees incurred will be invoiced immediately following event.

Cancellation In the event of cancellation, initial deposit is non-refundable. If cancellation is made within 48 hours of event, full payment is nonrefundable.

Date Changes In the event the Client is forced to change the date of the event, every effort will be made by Minni to transfer reservations to support the new date. The Client agrees that in the event of a date change, any expenses including but not limited to deposits and fees that are non-refundable and non-transferable are the sole responsibility of the Client.

Terms of Use

Client agrees to leave the space and patio in the same condition it was when Client arrived.

Clients are solely responsible for the safety and wellbeing of any party Client engages.

Client agrees that Minni staff will be present during the event at all times while Client is using it.

Minni Space LLC | 71 Thayer Street | Boston MA 02118 | hello@minni.space | 857.772.7868 Client is allowed up to 30 minutes set-up prior to the party. Failure to exit the space will result in additional fees of $100 per hour (or partial).

Rules + Regulations

The following is a list of rules and regulations to be upheld by Client, which includes all event planners and vendors who are involved in the planning and execution of an event on the Minni premises.

Noise levels must be managed and respectful of neighboring galleries, studios, shops and residences surrounding the premises.

Children and guests are not permitted to stay on the patio for the duration of the party.

Children are not permitted to wander the premises unsupervised by an adult (interior and patio).

Client is solely responsible for any damage or theft to Minni’s property and materials that occurs during the time Client occupies the premises.

All decorations must be removed without leaving damage.

No candles are permitted in the space during events (with the exception of the birthday cake candles, limited to one minute).

No nails, screws, staples or penetrating items should be used on walls, with the exception of the tackable surfaces in the studio and lounge. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly and carefully removed.

Alcohol may not be served to minors. If, at any time, the Minni staff deems alcohol consumption to be excessive, the staff has the authority to close down all alcohol service and/or evict inebriated guests from the premises.

Release + Indemnification Agreement

The use of the space is at the Client’s own risk. Client hereby waives rights to seek legal action for accidents, loss, or mishaps on the premises.

I further acknowledge and agree that hosting an event at Minni may include risks of physical injury. I further acknowledge that the above is not inclusive of all possible risks associated with the space and that the above in no way limits the extent or reach of this release. To the fullest extent permitted by law, I hereby release, indemnify and hold harmless on behalf of myself, my company, our respective heirs, representatives, executors, administrators, and assigns (each an “Indemnitor”) Minni, its officers, agents and employees from any and all causes of action, claims, or demands of any nature whatsoever, including but not limited to a claim of negligence, which I and any Indemnitor may now have or have in the future against Minni arising out of or in any way related to my event. Through my initials below, I acknowledge that I have read this Release and Indemnification and understand that it includes an assumption of the risk and a release of liability. I understand that Minni is relying on this waiver in allowing my event to be held on the premises.

Food + Catering

Client is responsible for managing any food deliveries or catering services for the event.

If your event is catered, your catering company is responsible for the setup, break-down, and clean-up of the event space. All event trash must be disposed of in the designated areas at the conclusion of the event.

All vendors (florist, bakers etc.) must adhere to the terms of our guidelines, and it is the Client’s responsibilities to share these guidelines with them.

Courtesy Protocol

Minni reserves the right to request any person or group of people acting unruly and contrary to rental regulations to leave the premises. Assistance from local law enforcement agencies may be acquired if this request is not met immediately.
